My husband ordered me a beautiful autumn bouquet he was told her have to wait an extra day for delivery for the bouquet he ordered. On delivery day the wrong bouquet was delivered. They refused to take the wrong flowers back, refused to give us what he had ordered and refused to give us our money back! How a place can stay in business that does this to customers is beyond me! Don's is lucky I've calmed down or I'd throw these cheap flowers and their cheap plastic vase through their window! That's how mad I am! We could've gotten the same bouquet they sent us at Walmart for $20!!!

My nephew recently passed away who was 11. My sister and her son spent every day together. They both loved baskets. So, I went online and found this site from my nephew's obituary. I ordered a basket FULL of beautiful flowers. I ordered it mainly for the basket! But, the flowers were very pretty. I get to the funeral and look for my flowers, I find them and there's a small vase with a small amount of roses and some other flowers in it. NOT WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL! Not even close to it! I was very upset, I paid 91 dollars for this. So, for this amount I expected to get what I ordered! I sent a email to them just now, so if they reply and either refund this or send the right stuff I ordered I will change this review. I would just think for times like this, they would get the order right, or if they did not have the product they should call and inform the customer. So, before I end this and you plan to order something online, you might want to call, to make sure you are getting what you paid for, but after reading these other reviews doesn't look like that will matter much. Good luck to you if you use this company.

She hung up on me when I called about the flowers not being the same as I ordered! I ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral - one was petite white and pale pink roses in a tea cup - what they sent was a few full roses that wilted within hours and some large garish bright pink carnations -it hung over the tea cup and looked awful. When I called to complain she said she had "completed it's value" and hung up on me! She also said they don't look at the pictures of the Teleflora bouquets they sell, they just use what they think is appropriate. Why would I choose a bouquet from a picture if that's not what I want?

Placed order for flower arrangement for my wife on our 19th anniversary. What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I don't know how a business can keep operating if they just deliver whatever they choose versus what the customer is expecting. Do not trust this business with delivering on your special occasion. Highly disappointed and will take my future business elsewhere. I highly recommend you do the same.

I would give zero stars if I could. My thoughtful deployed husband tried to send me flowers for our anniversary. Put the order in 2 weeks in advanced and was told they would have them delivered on the 27th. They didn't. They then told him they would be delivered on the following Monday. They again didn't. If you are going to guarantee something to a customer you need to follow through. Terrible business practice.
